How do I put the list on the Home Screen?

Touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget. Search for Paw by Paw and pick “Today”. Steps can be ticked right on the widget.

How do I change the lists?

On the app’s home screen, tap Grown-ups and answer the grown-up question. Routines lets you add, rename, reorder or archive steps. Archived steps keep their history.

Reminders don’t arrive.

Check iOS Settings › Notifications › Paw by Paw and allow notifications, then check Grown-ups › Reminders in the app. Reminders come on school days only, skip days off, and stop for the day once the list is done.

We got a new phone or iPad.

Lists stay on the device they were made on and don’t sync. Restoring your device backup brings them along; otherwise set them up again. Your plan comes back with Restore purchases, on the paywall or in Grown-ups › Subscription.

How do I cancel or change the subscription?

In iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. To avoid being charged after the free week, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My child asked to buy it.

With Ask to Buy, the request goes to your family organizer. As soon as they approve it, Paw by Paw unlocks on the child’s device, even if the app was closed.
