Agreement

By downloading or using Paw by Paw you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), which applies to the app. Paw by Paw is made by Rabbit Soft Szymon Krolikiewicz.

What Paw by Paw is

Paw by Paw shows children picture lists for their routines and cheers them on. A grown-up sets it up and stays responsible for the child; the app is a helper, not a replacement for adult care.

Plans and the free week

After setup, Paw by Paw needs one of two plans. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

• Yearly subscription. Eligible new subscribers get a free week first. Nothing is charged during the free week. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly price is charged to your Apple Account when it ends. One free week per Apple Account.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current year ends. Manage or cancel it any time in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
• Lifetime. One payment, with no subscription and nothing to renew or cancel.
• Family Sharing. Both plans can be shared with your Family Sharing group.

Apple sells and processes all purchases under its own terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a subscription ends, the app pauses until a plan is active again; your routines and history are kept.

Your content

Routines, names and progress you enter stay on your device and are yours. We can’t see or recover them, so keep device backups turned on if you want a copy.

Changes to the app

We may update the app, add or change features, and will try to keep your routines working across updates.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Paw by Paw is provided as it is, as the Standard EULA describes. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
