Paw by Paw doesn’t collect, send or sell any personal data. There’s no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
Everything you enter, including routines, steps and your child’s first name, stays on your device.
Purchases go through Apple. We never see your payment details.

Who we are

What the app keeps, and where

To work, the app keeps on your device:

your routines: steps, their pictures, and on which days they appear;
which steps were ticked each day, and when a list was finished, for the sticker calendar and progress;
your settings: school days, days off, leaving time and reminder times;
if you enter them, your child’s first name and age range.

This stays in the app’s own storage on your device, which the app’s Home Screen widgets on the same device also read. It isn’t sent to us or to anyone else, and it doesn’t sync between devices.

Children

Paw by Paw is made for families: a grown-up sets it up, and a grown-up question protects settings and purchases. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Reminders

Reminders are notifications scheduled on your device. They’re optional, you choose when they come, and you can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple’s Privacy Policy. The app checks on your device, with Apple’s StoreKit, whether a plan is active. Apple gives developers sales reports that don’t identify you.

Backups

iOS may include the app’s data in your iCloud or computer backups, depending on your backup settings. Those backups are under your control and Apple’s privacy terms; we have no access to them.

Internet use

The app works offline. It connects to Apple for purchases, and to this website if you open the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy.

This website

pawbypaw.app is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site (Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy). The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything it kept on your device. Copies in your device backups follow your backup settings. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription: do that in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Your rights

Because we don’t hold personal data about you, there’s nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can still ask us anything at hello@pawbypaw.app, and you may complain to a data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
